The hotel's position was the best and magnificent, close to trains. Besides, we were short walk to public transport, Dontonbori, Osaka Castle, and Tennoji Station which connects all over Osaka on the JR or local subway lines.

The location was excellent. Just a few minutes from the main station. The room was clean but quite small and dark, a bit disappointing. I appreciated the variety of complimentary amenities. Free drinks, snacks, and afternoon tea added real value. The all-you-can-drink access in the lounge was fantastic! The staff was attentive and made the check-in process smooth. The bathtub provided a nice touch for relaxation after a long day, but the breakfast could be improved. Limited options made it less enjoyable. A few areas seemed slightly dusty, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I loved amicable and helpful employees!

this was an extremely convenient and unique hotel for rest. location: the venue was very close to osaka zoo, tennoji station which connects all over osaka on the jr or local subway lines, and namba and umeda. food in the sports bar was delicious.

Rooms felt narrow and could easily get cramped. The nearby smoking room by the dining area sometimes filled the air with a stale smell, especially during meals. The cleaning left room for improvement, with mugs left dirty and beds not properly made. The BBQ setup didn't impress, and TV channels became unavailable partway through the stay.

Staying at bali tower osaka tennoji was a treat! The staff were super friendly and spoke great english. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station. The free drinks and snacks added a nice touch to our stay. The soaking bath in the room was amazing after a long day out.
